Zoey Roueche is a recent graduate of 华体会, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Environmental Studies and Political Science and a minor in French. With high academic honors and experience in environmental legal research, Zoey has conducted in-depth studies on Colorado’s water courts, oil and gas policy in the Rocky Mountain West, and environmental justice issues. She presented research at the 2024 Law & Society Association conference and has worked closely with faculty on policy analysis projects.
